1.  Payment Processing: When you make a payment, your payment will be processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

2. Convenience Fee: Please be aware that a convenience fee will be charged for using your credit card. If you would like to avoid this fee, you can opt to pay by mailing a check. Payments can be made by check, payable to Metropolitan Utility, LLC, and mailed to: Metropolitan Utility, LLC, PO Box 8127, Fleming Island, FL 32006

3.  Refunds: If for any reason a refund needs to be issued, please contact by phone or email: (301)-728-5607 or metropolitanutility@gmail.com.
